Hunter Latham was also born and raised in Midland. He had an early start in the Oil & Gas business working alongside his brother Andrew in mineral and royalty acquisitions during college. After his start in acquisitions, he spent time in the Commercial Saltwater Disposal business in the Permian Basin where he found success in generating pipeline deals in both Texas and New Mexico. He then went to work in Southern California where he oversaw Oil and Gas royalty and asset acquisitions in the Long Beach Oil Field. Hunter is now based out of Houston and manages two acreage development projects in Texas and New Mexico.

Hunter joined efforts with Lindley Energy, LLC in 2015. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Political Economics, concentrated on the international commodity trade. He also holds a Petroleum Land Management certification from the University of Houston-Downtown and is a member of AAPL, PBLA, LAAPL, and YPE.

Located in Midland, Texas, we have relationships with business associates in every corner of the oil and gas industry, including geologists, operators and mineral buyers, all of whom pursue the investment of oil and gas reserves.

​​Andrew W. Latham is a native Midlander and has been based out of the Permian Basin for the length of his career which has given him extensive experience in all aspects of the oil and gas business. Andrew has managed and acquired mineral and royalty interests California, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Wyoming and Ohio. He has personally overseen and been involved with acquisitions all over the United States.

Andrew founded Lindley Energy, LLC, in October 2015, with the desire to run a company known for integrity. He is currently a member of AAPL, PBLA and YPE and holds a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Energy Commerce Certificate and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.
